Simply defrost and use.

Microwave: moisten, cover and heat for approx. 6 min. (defrosted approx. 2 min.) at 700 watts.

Combi steamer: heat covered at 80% steam and 160°C for approx. 10 min. (defrosted approx. 5 min.)
